Judy Heim, President.
Who is the President of Millbrook? I am Judy Heim. I was born and raised in Aurora, Illinois and graduated from East Aurora High School. Eventually I received a B.A. in Accounting from Aurora College (now university). For 41 years I have been married to Bob Heim. We have two daughters, Erin Maple of Millbrook and Megan Ritter of Parker, Colorado. Benjamin and Paxon Maple call me "grandma". For twelve years I worked as a Radiological Technologist in local hospitals and also in the Panama Canal Zone. I have been a flight attendant and a tavern owner. For twenty years I served as the State Farm Insurance Agent in Yorkville, Illinois. Now retired, my husband and I and our Golden Retriever, Eenie Belle, travel as often as possible in our motor home. There is so much to see in these great United States. We have traveled to Churchill, Manitoba to see the polar bears, to Alaska, to British Colombia, to Nova Scotia and west coast to east coast. In between trips, I am a board member on the Kendall County Regional Plan Commission. I am not a politician, but now find myself serving the citizens of Millbrook as their Village President. I am honored to follow in the footsteps of Pete Petersen.
  Fay Schell, Clerk.
Fay Schell moved from Yorkville to Millbrook twenty-five (25) years ago when she married her husband Bill. She brought two children with her and now they enjoy spending time with three lively grandchildren. Fay grew up in Elmhurst, IL and attended Western Illinois University majoring in Business Education. Fay worked at Waubonsee Community College with an interconnectivity project called the Illinois Video Education Network (IVEN). After the three-year grant ended, the project transferred to Chicago and became the Illinois Century Network. The IVEN project earned a place in the Smithsonian Institute in Washington, D.C. Growing flowers, reading books, painting with watercolors, and traveling are a few of Fay’s pastimes. She is an active member of the Millbrook United Methodist Church and enjoys singing in the choir and serving on several committees. She is also a charter member of the LaFox Charter Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association where she has been a member for thirty-one (31) years. Fay enjoys living in Millbrook and is proud to serve as Clerk for the Village of Millbrook.

Sam retired as finance controller from Amsted Industries, which included the companies of Henry Pratt, Litho-Strip and American Steel Foundries. He enjoys country living, golf, bowling, fishing, and being outdoors with his wife. He also volunteers for the Free Methodist Church.   Jackie Lemmerhirt, Trustee.
I grew up in Wisconsin in a town much like Millbrook so this is coming home to me. My husband and I moved to Millbrook in August of 2003 and we were lucky to do so. We love the people and the rural and open feeling that this area provides. Maintaining that atmosphere is one of the goals of the Village of Millbrook Board which is why I applied for the open trustee position in 2004. I attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and graduated with a bachelors’ degree in political science. I currently work as a litigation paralegal at a law firm in Downers Grove, Illinois where I have worked for 14 years. My husband and I live at 17 Fox Run Drive with our two dogs Einstein and Edison. In the spring, summer, and fall, gardening is my passion. When I am not busy with work or Village business, you will find me outside working in my garden.
  Steve Moeller, Trustee.
I’m Steve Moeller. My wife is Margaret and we have two children, Hannah and Grant. In addition to being a village trustee since 2003, I am the agent and owner of the Millbrook Insurance Agency, Inc. I became agent in 1999 and owner in 2001. I have been an adolescent/ child counselor for 17 years and am also a member of the Cross Lutheran Church in Yorkville. My hobbies include gardening, fishing, golfing and most Chicago sports teams. The vision I see is for Millbrook to stay as rural and as small as possible with some slow growth. I would like to see the train track, elevator, and bin area rehabbed and fixed up to look more inviting and to have a couple of community events each year.
  Tina Perkins, Trustee.
My name is Tina Perkins. I have been married 15 ½ years to Michael Perkins. I have also lived in Millbrook for that same time, although my husband has been a lifelong resident. We have two boys, one attending Millbrook Jr. High, while the other goes to Newark Grade School. I work at Winding Creek Nursery in Millbrook. While living in Millbrook I have enjoyed gardening, scrap booking, and being part of a Bunco group. I decided to be a trustee because I wanted to be a part of maintaining the small town feel and help us become a productive community.
  Bill Perkins, Trustee.
My name is William (Bill) Perkins and I am 69 years old. I moved from Montgomery to Millbrook in 1957, the same year we started our family business, Winding Creek Nursery. My wife Sheila and I have been married for almost 44 years and we have 3 married children and 8 grand children. I’m an active member of the Millbrook United Methodist Church here in town. I was a volunteer fireman for the Little Rock-Fox Fire Department for 32 years before my retirement in 1994. I’ve also been a charter director and past President of the Kendall County Historical Society. I was always very interested in getting Millbrook incorporated so we wouldn’t get “absorbed” by the surrounding communities. By being incorporated, the Village of Millbrook now has a say as to what happens to us as a community. That’s the reason I chose to run for village trustee. Another reason would be that I’m a long standing resident and I care what happens to all of us. I was elected when our village became incorporated and I continue to serve on the village board. I would like Millbrook to remain a nice, quiet, rural community. As for interests, I enjoy history, traveling, looking for antiques and collecting toy tractors.
