FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT The Village of Millbrook was incorporated in 2002. The main purpose of incorporating was to maintain the rural and agricultural heritage of Millbrook and to prevent the village from being incorporated into one of the larger, surrounding communities. Millbrook is bordered on the north by Silver Springs State Recreation area; on the east by the eastern border of the Yogi Bear Campground; on the west (except for one parcel) by the Fox River and on the south by the Fox Township Building and Millbrook South Forest Preserve. The village maintains an office in the Fox Township Building which is located at 8495 Fox River Drive in Millbrook. There are no regular office hours. There is no village telephone number. Village information can be accessed on our website at: thevillageofmillbrook.com. There are no employees for the village. Our annual operating budget is $60835.00. Please contact her by telephone if requesting information from the village. You may also mail a written request to: The Village of Millbrook, P.O. Box 51, Millbrook, Illinois 60536. There is no charge for the first 50 pages of black and white copies requested. After 50 pages, there will be a charge of $.10 per page. For copies of the Village of Millbrook Comprehensive Land Use Plan, there will be a $10.00 charge per copy. (That is the cost to us per copy) |
